My name is Ekaterina. I am 36 years old and I live in Moscow. I am a mathematician by education. She came to the puppet world not so long ago (4 years ago). Throughout all these years, I, like any creative person, have been looking for something that is closer to me, that will reflect my inner world. I really like boudoir and articulated dolls, and a year ago I discovered teddidoll and fell in love with these dolls. Munecart is the first exhibition in which I participate.

Description Ideas
The very idea of the doll is to try to combine the qualities of a teddidoll, ball-jointed and boudoir doll. I wanted to create a soft tedidoll body while maintaining the proportions of the articulated doll. The doll's clothes and shoes are removable, so you can change her clothes, change her image if you wish. But the doll will not lose its appeal if it remains without an outfit. The doll's tails are also removable, attached with magnets, which adds variation to create an image. The doll can sit on its own, but it comes with an individual stand.
Equipment
Mixed. The body is made of vintage plush, has 6 cotter pins, and is stuffed with sawdust. The face, arms and legs are made of baked plastic: a mixture of Cernit and Living Doll. Painted with Faber-Castell and Derwent Inktense watercolors, Winsor & Newton watercolors, tinted with Schmincke pastels and fixed with Mr. Super Clear.
