Rafael Nuri
I work as an artist and doll master under the name Rafael Nuri. I was born in Siberia, Russia got my education in Minsk, Belarus. Now I live and work on my dolls in Pittsburgh, United States.
My professional dedication dolls began in 2009. For many years I worked as a faceup artist for Asian ball joint dolls. Project BiDoll started in 2010. It took me four years to make it happen.

My life and dolls
I do have an academic art education. I studied art 13 years of my life. I first graduated from Art School N1 in Minsk,
then I endeed very famous in Belarus Glebob’s Minsk State Art College and graduated with Design major. After that I studied at the Belarus State Academy of Arts and got my Bachelor’s degree in Design in Virtual Media. So, I got all the possible education
I could get. I was very lucky in my student life because I had the most talented teachers who always believed in me and shared all their knowledge. I am a doll artist, but dolls are an object of design. My past education taught me the basics and gave me a stepping stone. I learned the process of doll making myself, knowing my artistic background,
it was not very hard.
I started my development in the doll world as a collector. Now I am making the dolls myself and I think that my dolls are to be ones of the best dolls in the world. So, what inspires me is the desire to have a doll, the Best doll. I have an image in my head, and I really want to have this doll in my hands as well.
My desire is so strong that nothing can stop me. My dream will come true. So, I would say that I am inspired by my desires. The doll is what I like the most in the world. There are plenty of ideas and they are everywhere, but, I only make the dolls that I would wish to have.

The name for that doll project is AntistitA. I wrote the book about goddesses and regular school girls adventures. On that picture you can see the regular school girl her name is Maddie May. In a legend she has problem with patience .

The name for that doll project is AntistitA. I wrote the book about goddesses and regular school girls adventures. On that picture you can see the Goddess. Her name is Selaphiel. She was made by inspiration from cow. In my legend Cow that symbol of patience . This doll has 2 faceplate one is goddess named Selena another is cow named Salaphiel

I am happy to present BiDoll Line EGO. EGO was born as collaboration project with Belarusian fashion designer Veronika Kukolka. It was a very interesting experience to work with a designer who makes collections for people. EGO was created for people and for the designers who work in fashion industry. We talked a lot about lines and style. I realized that the main things in fashion doll are the size of the head, shoulders and the length of the legs. That why EGO proportions reminds Fashion Illustration.
Doll on a picture has name BUG. I took main Idea inspired by insects. Doll has additional mask that increases the doll's playing capabilities.
I realized that the main thing in a doll's fashion is the size of the head, shoulders and the length of the legs. Therefore, the proportions of EGO are reminiscent of Fashion Illustration.

Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya
Description Ideas
am a citizen of Republic of Belarus. My country went through horrible events recently that I could not be not touched by. For the last 26 years we have in power one person, who believes that the country is his property and all people of Belarus are his slaves.
I created portret doll of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya My main idea was to create a doll of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya as a symbol of Love and Freedom in our country. She is a loved wife and mother of unregistered candidate for presidency in these elections. Her husband Sergey Tikhanovskiy was taken away from running for presidency and was taken to jail.
Sviatlana became a fight for her husband and her family and entire Belarus and won the elections. Svetlana Tikhanovskaya is our elected President.
The Lithuanian government made social advertising to support of the Belarusian people. My work was selected as one of the best and now on the posters on the streets of Vilnius
